What is the story with the stars/paper stars??

Whenever I gift presents to my friends, I sprinkle paper stars (that I folded myself) into the gift wrapping as an extra personal touch. So, I was inspired to incorporate it into my business as well :)

I think my order is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it is out of my hands and with the postal system :( I suggest you contact your local post office with the tracking number to possibly relocate it.

There's a mistake with my order after receiving it?

Please double check and if there is a mistake, send me a message on etsy. Please include your order number and detail the mistake(s). 

Do you take refunds?

Yes, if the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been shipped, refunds are no longer possible and all sales are final.

My order arrived damaged??

Upon receiving your mailer with noticeable damage, record yourself opening the package and if the contents are damaged, please direct message me with pictures of the damaged items to further discuss how to proceed.
